Salvo las canchas de tenis el lugar hermoso, la comida también
La calidad de la comida tanto restaurant como desayuno
Fuimos a jugar al tenis el día que llegamos. Las canchas estaban en muy mal estado, nos resbalamos muchas veces, no había llovido pero no les hacen nada de mantenimiento, no era acorde a un 5 estrellas. 2 tachos de basura desbordados, plásticos y bolsas tirados por el piso, mucha mugre, cepillo para zapatillas destrozado. Avisamos en el loby y pedimos que mejoraran las canchas para el día siguiente que jugábamos a las 8am. Fuimos y las canchas no solo estaban igual sino que había excremento de perro, mi marido pasó el cepillo en la cancha que usamos. Eso me pareció una vergüenza, que nosotros tengamos que ponernos a trabajar

Defraudó.
Buen desayuno.
La experiencia en Sofitel Cardales no fue buena. Más allá de las enumeraciones puntuales (que haré a continuación), la sensación que nos queda es que no recibimos la atención ni la experiencia promovida y esperada. Dicho esto, paso al detalle. El jacuzzi de la habitación tenía el motor quemado. No solucionaron el problema ni ofrecieron alternativas (por ejemplo, cambiar de habitación). Tuvimos que informarlo en 2 oportunidades, y en ambas fuimos desatendidos. El check in fue interminable, ya que había sólo 3 personas en el front desk, el primer día de un fin de semana largo. Ediliciamente, al lugar le falta mantenimiento, hay muchos detalles descuidados. Adicionalmente (aunque no estaba dentro del paquete contratado) una noche cenamos en el resto La Butaca, un menú buffet, con importantes sobreprecios. Por todo lo expuesto, la relación precio calidad no es buena: te cobran por un 5 estrellas, y las prestaciones están muy por debajo.

El lugar y la implantación del hotel. La pileta y el lago.
Falta mantenimiento al edificio. Las instalaciones están viejas. Deberían modeenizarlo, esta quedado en el tiempo. La relación precio/ calidad es mala. La comida CARISIMA.

Ya fui otras veces.. La atención del restaurante es muy buena.. La comida también.-La limpieza excelente.-
Mucho tiempo de espera para ingresar a la habitación. Mucha demora para ingresar.. Mi hija se traslada en silla de ruedas, pero en la recepción no respetan la prioridad y nos hace esperar...Tengo que acercarme para que me atiendan y al resto de los pasajeros se molestan.-Deberían contratar más gente en recepción para agilizar el ingreso y egreso al hotel., como asimismo los empleados de recepción tomen en cuenta las prioridades a la hora de ingresar una persona con capacidades diferentes y dar ellos el ejemplo.
